Mrs Bartlett’s literacy group
Here we are creating storyboards on the film of ‘Old man.’ Mrs Bartlett and Mrs Beyer are really looking forward to the finished work.
Circuits
We had to make a parallel circuit what made one light on and then both lights on. It was quite tricky but in the end we did it. We had to use batteries, two bulbs, quite a few wires and a battery holder.
We were the first ones to complete the circuit. We have enjoyed today even though it was so hard!
We have learnt that a series circuit is where the electricity goes the same way but a parallel circuit is where the electricity goes all different ways. When the switch is open two lightbulbs turn on but when the switch is closed only one lightbulb turns on.
How to make a series circuit.

Football Fantasy
On wednesday 19th september i watched England vs Croatia at Walsall stadium. The score at the end was 3-0. To England. It was absolutely great. I had a great view of England’s goals they were great. As you can see on the picture I got two signatures of the goalie Karen Bardsley and the defender Steph Haughton. It was absolutely GREAT!
Holly’s fab fossil!
The other day I found this fossil but I can’t remember where I found it. It was from the same time as the dinosaurs me and my dad think, so it was from millions of years ago. Me and my dad only found it a couple of weeks ago but now it lives on a self in our family bathroom. The fossil is in limestone which is just made of shells of dead sea animals and others animals with shells that are also millions of years old. My fossil is only small but there it used to swim in the sea we think.
