Today base four have been investigating the nets of 3d shapes. We had to find the largest possible net we could make from a given piece of paper. Our investigations involved calculating the angles and measurements of a net.

We have been re creating some of the scenes from the story using big art. We have also been looking at using coordinates to enlarge some of the shapes and illustrations.

Thank you to all the children that helped at Burton Borough this afternoon. You were a credit to the school and I was very proud of you all. Well done!!

We are also creating a profile page for one of the characters in the story.
