We have been looking at maps in Geography and made our own maps with grid references! We learnt today that sometimes compasses can be more useful to use than a map. We learnt the compass directions and used view finders to look at the human and physical features we can see in different directions in the school grounds!  
    
   

Year 2 have been making up a shadow dance. We have to work carefully with our partners to make sure we are doing exactly the same actions.  

Year 2 have been using leaves to make pictures.  We had to look very carefully and copy the leaves exactly to show all the detail.

   
    
   
Unfortunately we have not found any rare chocolate chip fossils.
