Base 2 do the Haka

Base 2 have started learning the Haka as a dance in PE. They have been practising the moves to make their own routine. Ella is quite a fearsome warrior!!! Jack could scare the All Blacks off the rugby field with his war chant!

Check our scary faces and strong moves out!

Investigating nets of shapes

Mrs Bartlett’s maths group have investigated the nets of 3d shapes. We looked at how they were constructed before looking at their features.

What 3d shapes can you see and how many faces, vertices and edges do they have?

How many different net shapes can you make for a cube?
