Well the end of an very eventful and most enjoyable week. The children totally enjoyed themselves and here are some photos of the last day before we left. The day consisted of fencing, problem solving activities, zip wire, talent night, disco and just to top it a trip to a castle. What else could you ask for on a trip.
On behalf of all the staff I would just to thank all the children for enthusiasm and willingness to challenge themselves in all the activities they undertook and finally on their behaviour which was exemplary throughout the week.

In Base 3 we have been designing and making bridges. They must be able to hold the star of the week trophy, be at least 5cm tall and span a gap of 10cm. We had to keep to a budget with points being awarded for being efficient with materials!

Year 5 have experienced their own bit of France this week finishing with a sample of French cuisine.

Friday 15th March is comic relief day and we all do something funny for money. Check out our funny costumes.

The children have all had their breakfast and in a few minutes we will be starting our journey home. I will text the three designated parents when we arrive in Portsmouth with our e.t.a. You’ll be delighted to know that all the children have been very well behaved and I have a sneaking suspicion that you may have a very quiet Saturday and Sunday!
