Children in Year 5 under the guidance of Mrs Shelley have been busy creating lots of different dishes as part of our Cookery Club. I can certainly vouch for the quality of the food so far!!! Next week they’re having a Great British Bake Off using 6 items only. After half term the Cookery Club will be available for Year 6s.

I really enjoy going to cooking club. Think you for taking the time to do it Mrs Shelley. Anika we did not make the cakes, however we made the topping by mixing butter and icing sugar. If we wanted chocolate we added a little bit of cocoa powder, and if we wanted them coloured we added food colouring! We have made syrup sponge, strawberry fool, pasta bake and decorated cupcakes!! 😀
it looks so yummy well done people you work hard on the cupcakes eat them all up
Mrs Shelley is the master cook
those cakes look awesome, I wouldn’t mind spending my spare time decorating those.
On the first week we made a microwave syrup pudding , then strawberry fool , then pasta bake ,then scones and last week we decorated cupcakes . Next we are doing a bake off ! Thank you Mrs Shelly for so much fun !
