In Music we have loved listening to The Carnival of Animals – The Swan was a class favourite. It was very relaxing!

Today we created The Carnival of the Seaside -choosing our instruments carefully and choosing a fast or slow tempo!

We created the sound of the waves, boats, walking on sand, seagulls, the wind and many more!

We learned about how the slate miners worked, tried our hand at using a traditional slate chisel, and why the Blue Lagoon is so blue!
