Base 6 also enjoyed their time at Deer Park this week.

Base 6 made paint out of natural materials just like the people of the Stone Age did when they created cave paintings.
What better after a day on the beach than to eat an ice cream! ( Esme did eat one but she missed the photoshoot!)m

Deer Park Autumn Explorers – Miss Oliver’s class
Miss Oliver’s class had a lovely time at Deer Park last week. The children spotted lots of deer, measured 400 year old trees, identified different leaves and seeds of various trees and learnt about the different foods grown in the UK.
Reception on Tour!
Yesterday the Reception staff took the children on a tour of the school. They saw the classrooms where they will be taught as they move through the school, the courtyard play area , a little peak in the staffroom and then visited Miss Hedges and Mrs Guthrie in the office.
Miss Hedges was delighted to have some help with the photocopier!
