Paramedics visit to Moorfield
When an ambulance turned up at school yesterday, we were all a little bit worried. However, we needn’t have been because Mrs Branch arranged it as part of “People who help us”. We have added some photos so you can see how much the children enjoyed the ambulance visit.
Thank you to Mr Kincaid for joining us!

Guinness World Record Attempt
In fitness this term, the children are joining in the Mini London Marathon.
| The TCS Mini London Marathon in schools is back, with a special challenge for 2023! |
| This year, every child who takes part in the TCS Mini London Marathon in schools will be involved in a real-life world record attempt! 🤯 We’ve teamed up with Guinness World Recordsâ„¢ to create this truly special challenge. It is completely free of charge to enter and takes place between Monday 17 April and Friday 12 May. We’re asking schools to sign up their pupils to run, jog, walk or wheel one mile as part of the TCS Mini London Marathon in schools and if we succeed, every school that takes part will receive a certificate from Guinness World Records to display. If you think you know a school that might be interested then forward this email or send them the link below. |
We have added some videos of Base 1 & 4 children running their mile for the Guinness World record attempt for Most Children to pledge to a Physical ActivityÂ
Our Coronation Street Party
Today the children came to school dressed in Red, White and Blue. Mr Bussey led an assembly and then at lunchtime the kitchen staff decorated the hall so the children could have a street party.
Later on children will be presented with a Coronation medal as a souvenir and also a cone of red, white and blue sweets very kindly donated and put together by the PTFA.
