The children were very excited to use the gym equipment last week – they will be doing gymnastics for the rest of this half term.

On Friday Reception had a visit from our local Police Community Support Officers. The children enjoyed asking lots of questions and got the chance to handle and also got to try on some items of police uniform. After putting on their own police identity badges (the children had typed these themselves on our class computers) the children headed outside to see the police van. They were given the choice of either sitting in the cells or having a go at operating the siren in the front seat. As you can see, we had lots of fun!
Base 5 made their own ‘Soundscape’ using parts of their bodies to create the sounds of a storm.
They really wanted to share it with everyone.
Well done Base 5!
We took part in Crazy Hair Day on Friday in aid of Children in Need . As usual a great effort was made by children and parents . Thank you everyone !

Last week in PE Base 2 and Base 4 were learning hockey skills .
