For Mrs. Hill’s challenge about habitats, Fae liked the video on the polar habitat best. She has drawn a picture of a polar bear in the snow and written about animals that live in polar habitats.
Well done Fae!

This weekend, Fae has enjoyed doing Mrs. Hill‘s challenge about minibeasts. She watched the video and got all the quiz questions correct.
Outside, Fae and Harry spotted woodlouse, spiders, and a snail.
Can you spot 2 spiders in the video clip? The second one is hiding!

Albie did some great work on the Snail and the Whale and Ella decided to have a go too.
Great brother and sister teamwork you two!
Junior has written a story for Miss Oliver.
We look forward to the next instalment Junior!

Martha’s Mummy said that Martha really enjoyed this challenge, she especially liked linking the words ‘pop’ and ‘corn’ as it’s her favourite sneaky snack.
Adam was really happy to finish his cursive writing book and get a certificate.
Well done Adam, Mrs Branch will be really proud!

Happy Birthday for yesterday Fraser!
We hear you had a day dull of bouncy castles, dinosaurs and lots of cake! A very happy belated birthday from everyone at Moorfield !

Good Afternoon Base 8,
I hope you are enjoying the lovely weather. It has been fabulous to speak with many of you this week and I have loved hearing about your adventures.
Have a go at this challenge? I found ‘Spring’ was the trickiest word to find in a book but luckily I found it in the “Little Seeds” book that we read in school.
How many words can you find?
