Pottage

Today most of year 5/6 were cooking Tudor vegetable pottage. Pottage is made out of onions, leek, carrot and spring greens. We had to make a fire outside because that was how the Tudors cooked their food. The other groups made apple delight and lovers knots. The Tudors didn’t eat potatoes because they weren’t discovered.the rich Tudors ate meat and a lot of puddings. Later on we will try all of the food that we cooked!
