Off the ferry and onwards to the château. All tired but what an experience all fun.

Well we are all seated and time for breakfast yum yum!!!

We reached the port in record time and set about getting ready to board the ferry. All excited and can’t wait for the crossing.

It’s 1:30 in the morning it’s dark, cold and damp and tired eyes appeared around the corner. The buss of excitement was clear to see as we boarded the coach. And off we go!!!

We have now safely arrived at the Chateau! The children have had their tea and are now enjoying a music quiz arranged by the staff. Our journey on the ferry was challenging, but all the children were amazing and we’re very proud of them. Chocolat chaud and straight to bed soon. Pictures and further updates will follow tomorrow.

We’ve arrived at the terminal in Portsmouth with plenty of time to spare! Mr Bussey has checked us in and we will be embarking soon.

Here are some photographs from our Disaster Day where we made our own volcanoes. We had a great time and learned how vinegar and bicarbonate of soda react together. A big thank you to all the parents who gave us newspaper and cardboard.
